Last Lady Charters 5/8 Report

Fishing the last few days has been very good when you target the right species. Right now it is a very slow pick on stripers during the AM trips. Fri and Sat afternoon trips did well with stripers. Had a zero on Saturday day trip for stripers. Sunday day and Monday day trips we advised the groups to go bottom fishing---had good resuilts---lots of ling, seabass releases(opens 5/19), and some cod & winter flounder. Have to cancel end of month cod trip---not enough interest--don't forget I've been catching cod in the summer for a long time now--will reschedule. I expect the stripers to settle in so we can clam and chunk them soon.

OFFSHORE COD TRIP--June 18--2am leave--$250/person--been catching them for years this time of year

Every Wed--FLUKE/SEABASS--starting June 13---7am-3pm---$65/person---book early so you have a spot---5 fish limit---17 1/2 inches--this will help a lot.

STRIPERS--6am leave---$100/person---chunk, clam, bunker dunk, or jig---whatever it takes--MAY 30
